The Bible tells us our words have power. The words we speak create life, health, victory and breakthrough, or they create destruction and death. This goes far beyond our words being either positive or negative. The Lord reveals we are made in His image; God‘s breath is the air in our lungs. When that air is released during the speaking of words, we are literally releasing creative power.
Remember, it was God who spoke the world into existence! His words have power, and because we were made in the image of our Creator, our words have power too. — Genesis 1:26, Proverb 18:21
