Nourishing The Temple That Is Your Body

When my son Brandon was a baby, I began a lifestyle of healthy eating, and I’ve never looked back! Not saying I don’t indulge a little here and there, but for the most part, I make every effort to nourish my body well. This not only creates a greater level of health, but I’ve been able to heal my husband and children of various sicknesses, simply by eating the right foods, herbs and spices.

The Bible says our bodies are a temple for the Holy Spirit. I passionately believe taking good care of ourselves, shows the Lord that we honor the temple He’s given us. — 1 Corinthians 6:19. Healthy eating also boosts your energy and immunity levels! I am able to perform better as a wife, minister and mother, by eating well.

In this section, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite recipes and tips with you, as my schedule allows. The Lord has given me a strong burden to help you pursue and cultivate health by eating well.

Some people have said they can’t afford it, but I believe you’ll be surprised at how affordable it actually is. I pray you take the leap and enjoy!
